Initial Assessment

We begin with a conversation about what you have. Physical visit or video call. No paperwork needed upfront — just an overview of what categories exist and roughly how much material there is.

Sorting & Categorisation

Every document gets placed into a logical category. Insurance, loans, utilities, property, tax, personal. Within each category, documents are ordered chronologically and by relevance.

Scanning & Naming

Each document is scanned at archival resolution and named using a consistent system: date, category, description. You can find any document in seconds without remembering where you put it.

Deadline Reminders

Insurance expiry, loan renewal, tax filing, vehicle registration. Every date that matters gets a reminder set up. You receive notification before the deadline, not after.

Annual Revision

Once a year we return to update the archive. New documents from the past year are added, outdated items moved to an archive folder, and all reminders reviewed.

No. We provide an organisational service only. We sort, scan and categorise your documents and set up deadline reminders. Decisions about which policies to maintain, which loans to restructure, or any financial choices remain entirely with you.
Yes. For clients outside Zagreb we work fully online. You photograph or scan your documents and share them with us securely. We organise the digital archive and send it back to you with all reminders configured. Physical visits are available within Zagreb and surrounding areas.
Your original physical documents stay with you at all times. We scan them and return everything. The digital archive is yours. We do not retain copies of your documents after the project is complete.
It depends on the volume of documents. A typical household with several years of accumulated paperwork usually takes one to two sessions of around three hours each. We provide an estimate after the initial assessment.
The archive is delivered as a structured folder system compatible with any device. Documents are in PDF format, named consistently for easy searching. Deadline reminders are set up in a format that works with standard calendar applications.
