Our services include sorting, scanning, categorising and structuring personal financial documents, building digital archive systems, setting up deadline reminder systems, and conducting annual archive revisions.
We provide an organisational service only. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, insurance advice, legal advice or tax advice. We do not make recommendations regarding which financial products, insurance policies or contracts to keep, cancel or modify.
Services may be delivered through physical visits to your premises in Zagreb and surrounding areas, or remotely via secure digital means for clients anywhere in Croatia. The specific method of delivery will be agreed upon before service commencement. We will provide a time estimate following an initial consultation.
As a client, you agree to provide accurate information about the documents to be organised, grant reasonable access to documents during service delivery, ensure that you have the right to share and have organised any documents provided to us, and review and verify the completed archive upon delivery.
We handle all client documents with care. Original physical documents remain in your possession at all times during physical visits. Where documents are shared digitally for remote service, you are responsible for the security of your transmission. We do not retain copies of client documents after project completion.
Our services are organisational in nature. We are not liable for any financial decisions made by you based on the organisation or accessibility of your documents. We are not liable for the content, accuracy or validity of any documents we help you organise. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
